Infection control and providing a sanitary environment in health-care settings is crucial. That’s why we created IdealBaseTM, a 6.25” wall base that extends 2” onto the floor so that it can be welded to the floor covering to create a sanitary transition up the wall. DESIGNBASE-SL
Schluter®-DESIGNBASE-SL is a finishing profile used as an alternative to baseboards. The profile is available in anodized aluminum, color-coated aluminum and stainless steel. With 90° inside and outside corners, connectors, end caps, and sealing lip available, it features a clean, finished look and is simply attached to the wall area with a suitable adhesive. The profile can be equipped with an optional sealing lip to protect the floor-to-wall transition from moisture and to reduce the transmission of impact sound.
